Marijuana grow op with over 500 potted plants  in this basement were cut and removed. All the lights, electrical, pots, piping and soil was cleaned up. After doing an air test for mould and bacteria, the mould level was very high with large amounts of Stachybotrys present. Bacteria count was very high due to venting into the sewer pipe.

A full remediation project was ordered  by the public health department. This included insulation on the basement walls, drywall from the main level and one of the bedrooms. Even further insulation had to be removed from the attic.
