We sell EnviroTest "Paddles" for bacteria tests in restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, labs. The new sterile paddles have a shelf life of 12 months, ideal for inspectors and I.A.Q. pesonnel to carry around with them. One mould spore of Aspergillus and the right conditions is all that is required to produce thousands more.
